Steve Weakley: I am an Emmy award winning Executive News Producer with 20-years major market experience creating winning shows at 7 different stations in 6 major markets and served as one of the first senior online editors at MSNBC. My most recent venture has been as Executive Producer of KING-TV’s top rated four hour morning show in Seattle. I was one of the original producers of the KTLA Morning Show and launched its rival at Fox Good Day L.A as its senior producer. I have also led morning shows in Atlanta, San Diego, Las Vegas and Dallas as well as being one of the first senior news editors for Microsoft's launch of MSNBC. I have also produced dozens of sweeps series and half hour specials and promos. I have produced live programs with the First Lady from a US Navy battleship, and have taken entire shows on remote location at car shows, race tracks, and crime scenes for riveting coverage of unique events. I have produced live breaking news coverage of the ripped up freeways of the Northridge Earthquake, the chaos of the Los Angeles Riots, and the most dramatic moments of the OJ Simpson trial.
